The REVOLution is Dead
The nutter butter fake Libertarian Ron Paul, who managed to join the ranks of Pat Buchanan and LOLcats this year has decided to officially endorse Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party. Those unfamiliar with either Chuck Baldwin or the Constitution Party should not associate Chuck with the reasonable mentality of Alec Baldwin or the Constitution Party with the actual US Constitution.
So why not endorse the man running under the Libertarian Party banner, Bob Barr? Well last week Paul called for a mini-press conference. At this little shindig, Paul invited his Internets legion and the line-up of people guaranteed not to be the next president of the United States, the third party candidates. All of them! Even consumer advocate, Ralph Nader and Green Party candidate, Cynthia McKinney! Paul made a pseudo-endorsement of all the third party “prospects” hoping to get the ball moving on establishing a third party presence one day.
Okay, brushing off the shock that a fossil like Paul actually “endorsed” Cynthia McKinney, there was one nobody noticeably missing from the event. “Iron” Bob Barr decided to skip the shindig. Barr’s reason? Bobert was upset that Paul had not actually stated whom he will vote for this November. And possibly as a retaliation, Paul decided to take Barr’s advice and officially endorse Chuck Baldwin. Beforehand, Paul was not going to publicaly pick someone because of his friendship with both the Libertarian and Constitution Party.
So Paul, has decided to endorse Chuck Baldwin. A pastor who want the federal government to back off. Sounds libertarian. That is until you read that he wants the state governments to tear down the wall between church and state. And his economic policies are not free trade at all but protectionist. Way to go Ron. The rEVOLution is dead!
Cynthia McKinney is a shill as well.
oops.
